I did a radio show last night -- Inside the Records Room -- focused on our certificate programs on WNJC, AM 1360 in New Jersey. The MP3 can be found at THIS LINK.
The show is hosted by Ray Davis. Ray has 18 years of records management experience acquired by working for a multi-state banking organization with locations from Connecticut to Florida. Ray oversees the operations of their records management program, which was an in-house program servicing 28 locations in 1991, and is now a fully out-sourced program servicing 502 locations in 2009. Ray has a background in purchasing, which assists him in the records management process, as proper vendor evaluation is one of the keys to operating a successful records program. Ray is the President of the Liberty Bell Chapter of ARMA based in Philadelphia, PA and is a member of AIIM.
For those who might have missed a previous post while on vacation, here are also a number of good presentations on records, document, content management and E20 technologies.
Feel free to repurpose with attribution, share with friends and relatives, help you go to sleep at night, or use them to settle Trivial Pursuit arguments about records management.
