I'm just writing up the next Industry Watch report which is called "Social Business Systems – success factors for Enterprise 2.0 applications". One of the classic things that always crops up in the E2.0 debate is how to make a business case for investment. As you can see from the graph, compared to last year’s report, there's a drop in the number of respondents who are required to make a financial case for investment, and a significant increase to 27% in those organizations who now consider social business applications to be part of the infrastructure - in much the same way as email, messaging or teleconferencing. The survey numbers also show that the IT department tend to be the heaviest users and they make the decisions on social business investments. They also set the governance, which may not be such a good thing! The full report will be published on October 4th here.

Don't know what is wrong what is rite but i know that every one has there own point of view and same goes to this one
